This is the home page for Illinois Required Training Solutions’ 2020 Continuing Education (CE) 1-hr Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Real Estate Professionals. This course meets and exceeds the Illinois SB75 Harassment Prevention Training statutory requirements for non-bar/restaurant/coffee shop workers, and meets the requirements of Public Act 100-0762/House Bill 4953 (McAuliffe/Bush) for renewal of professional licenses with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

This version of the course is delivered in the “4U / Train Yourself” format, allowing the buyer to immediately self-train with their user ID / login created at checkout. It is like the “For Your Team” course in all respects except the form of registration.

This course has no maximum time limit to complete, but you must spend at least one hour (60 minutes) with the content.

Upon completion, this course generates 1 hour of Continuing Education credit with the IDFPR required certificate.

If your My Dashboard Courses screen shows the CE course only, don’t Launch Course, but rather email trainer@requiredtrainingsolutions.com to switch out the course without penalty.  The CE course is based on the non-bar curriculum and will not fulfill the requirements of the law for workers in a bar, restaurant, coffee shop, or anywhere that serves alcohol or food that is ready-to-eat.
