We are no longer a Continuing Education Sponsor licensed by the IDFPR Department of *Real Estate*.

Due to the cost of licensure, we are not renewing our Real Estate Education Provider licenses, expiring 6/30/2021. We remain licensed in the Department of Professional Regulation for the DPR Professions.

Illinois real estate professionals who take our DPR CE course will fulfill their sexual harassment prevention training requirement,
but will not earn the one hour of continuing education credit.

This is in common with other Continuing Education sponsors who are licensed only in the DPR division.  In addition, we were notified by the IDFPR on 6/11/2021 that the DRE Education Provider license did not convey Continuing Education credit to appraisers, home inspectors, and auctioneers (although it DOES meet the sexual harassment prevention training requirement).  Since this is no effective difference from these professions taking our DPR course, it is more economical for these professions to meet their SHPT requirement using our DPR course and seek the one hour of CE credit elsewhere.
