Welcome.

This is the home page for Illinois Required Training Solutions’ training course 2022-23 Sexual Harassment Prevent Training (SHPT), part of a course bundle that contains annual bystander intervention training as well as this course for  NON-supervisors in the City of Chicago

This course meets and exceeds the Illinois State minimum training requirements for annual sexual harassment training for all Illinois employees under SB75, as well as the annual training requirements for Non-supervisors in the City of Chicago under City Ordinance 2022-665.

This course is NOT suitable for renewal of a professional license with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.  Per a requirement known as Public Act 100-0762, House Bill 4953, or “McAuliffe/Bush”, if you intend to renew a professional license with a CE requirement during the calendar year you take a sexual harassment prevention course, the course MUST be taken with an accredited CE provider in order to renew your license.  See below for our offerings for that situation.

This course is also NOT suitable for workers in businesses that serve food that is ready-to-eat, and/or alcoholic beverages.  See below for our offering for that situation.

This version of our course is delivered in the “4U / Train Yourself” registration format, allowing the purchaser to immediately self-train using their user ID and password as created at checkout. It is like the “For Your Staff/For Your Team” course in all respects except the form of registration.

This course requires one hour (60 minutes) of time spent with the course content.  It does NOT have to be completed all in one sitting.  Some people take longer depending on their preferred learning speed.  The course has no maximum time limit to complete.

Not Legal Advice

While this course has been developed by experts qualified to provide employee training, nothing on this site or in this or other courses is specifically intended to constitute legal advice or serve as a substitute for counsel with expertise in employment law.

How do I start taking the course?

If your employer sent you a link for a pre-paid training course, click on that link to start training.

If you've previously trained with us AND your device is currently logged in to our system AND you received a link for a NEW prepaid training course or bundle, click on that link TWICE to attach the new course or bundle to your existing student account.

The first click will log you out. Don't log back in at this point, but instead click again as instructed in the pop-up message.

The second click will give you a redemption screen where you redeem the new prepaid course or bundle by logging back in as a Returning User.

If you don't see the new course(s) listed under your My Courses tab, you may not have clicked the link twice as instructed above.  Just do so again, following the instructions on screen.

Once you have redeemed a prepaid link for a course bundle, ALL the bundled courses will appear in your My Courses tab.  Clicking on the link after redemption will report that the link has already been used. Simply log in to the system and start or resume training from the My Courses tab.

If you’ve already purchased the Chicago Bundle for yourself, go to your My Courses tab of My Dashboard and click Launch Course to start training with either course.
