This Course Constitutes Effective Interactive Training
The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing’s published interpretation requires this computer-based training to be individualized, interactive, and to provide the training student access to a qualified trainer in order to ask questions. These questions shall be answered within two business days.
During this course, you will do a lot of clicking, including taking interim quizzes and a final exam.

The quizzes and the final exam will be individually graded. If you do not answer enough of the questions correctly, you will be offered the chance to re-take the quiz or final exam.

You do not need to answer 100% of quiz questions correctly to pass the course.

You will need to answer 100% of the final exam questions correctly to pass the course.

Because questions are drawn from a test bank, retaking a quiz may present you with questions that are different from those initially presented.
