This Course Constitutes Effective Interactive Training

This computer-based training is designed to be interactive, providing the training student access to a qualified trainer in order to ask questions.

Asking Questions

Your My Dashboard course control panel contains a tab called Messages.  You may use this tab to communicate written questions to your trainer, and you will receive replies in this tab as well. 

  • Alternatively, you may email written questions to help@requiredtrainingsolutions.com, or call 800-806-4133.

  • And of course, you may always ask questions of the person identified as your contact for questions regarding your organization’s unique harassment policy and how it is applied.

  • The quizzes and the final exam will be individually graded.  If you do not answer enough of the questions correctly, you will be offered the chance to re-take the quiz or final exam.

  • You do not need to answer 100% of quiz questions correctly to pass the course.

  • You will need to answer 100% of the final exam questions correctly to pass the course.
