Poster: Fair Labor Standards Act Minimum Wage Poster in English and Spanish​

These posters concern the federal minimum wage.  Note that state(s) and/or local area(s) may  have a higher minimum wage than the federal minimum.

Employer of any employee subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) must post this poster.  If Section 7 of the FLSA (overtime provisions) does not apply to some employees, the employer may modify the poster to indicate that the overtime provisions do not apply.
