Under the General Statutes, Connecticut businesses must inform their employees of their rights and benefits by distributing and posting certain documents.
They must also inform employees about their rights and benefits under the laws.
While employers usually distribute copies of the poster/flyer(s) linked below to new hires, and post copies in common area(s) of an enterprise, we are also making them available here as well, in both English and Spanish.
