Welcome.

This is the home page for Illinois Required Training Solutions’ IL 2022 SB75 Sexual Harass Prevent Trng (IL bar/restaurant, staff), meeting the Illinois State minimum training requirements for annual sexual harassment training for Illinois employees as well as containing the specialized content required for bar/restaurant/coffee shop workers.

This course meets and exceeds the sexual harassment prevention training requirement of Illinois Senate Bill 75 for workers in locations that serve either food that is ready-to-eat, or serve alcoholic beverages, or both.  SB-75 is the law that requires every employee in Illinois to receive sexual harassment prevention training every year.

This course is NOT suitable for renewal of a professional license with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.  Per a requirement known as Public Act 100-0762, House Bill 4953, or “McAuliffe/Bush”, if you intend to renew a professional license with a CE requirement during the calendar year you take a sexual harassment prevention course, the course MUST be taken with an accredited CE provider in order to renew your license.  See below for our offerings for that situation.

This course is also NOT suitable for workers in businesses that do NOT serve food that is ready-to-eat, and/or alcoholic beverages.  See below for our offering for that situation.

This version of our course is delivered in the “ For Your Staff  / For Your Team” registration format, with unique email hyperlinks delivered to the buyer by email for distribution to individual employees/staff members.  One unit of training trains one person.  This version of the course is like the “4U / Train Yourself” course in all respects except the form of registration.

This course has no minimum or maximum time limit to complete. Its length is based solely on the material that must be covered.

How do I start taking the course?

If your employer sent you a link for a pre-paid training course, click on that link to start training.

If you've previously trained with us AND your device is currently logged in to our system OR you are training on shared equipment AND you received a link for a NEW prepaid training course or bundle, you will be asked to click on the provided link TWICE to attach the new course or bundle to your student account.

The first click will log you out. Don't log back in at this point, but instead click again as instructed in the pop-up message.

The second click will give you a redemption screen where you redeem the prepaid course by logging back in as a Returning User.

If you don't see the new course listed under your My Courses tab, you may not have clicked the link twice.  Just do so again, following the instructions on screen.

If you’d like to buy for your team now, click on this link:

If you’d like to buy for yourself now, please click on this button:

If you’ve already purchased the course for yourself, go to your My Courses tab of My Dashboard and click Launch Course to start the training.

I need the course for NON-bar/restaurant/coffee shop/hotel/casino employees instead.  What should I do?

If you haven’t already paid, register instead for one of our NON-bar/restaurant/hotel/casino employees’ courses here (wait for the screen to scroll down).

If your My Courses tab of My Dashboard shows the non-bar course only, don’t Launch Course, but rather email trainer@requiredtrainingsolutions.com to request an immediate refund, then repurchase the bar/restaurant course. Training courses that have not been started are fully transferable and refundable.

Please see our Terms and Conditions for full information on cancellations and refunds.

I need CE credit for a regulated professional license renewal.  What should I do?

The bar/restaurant course and the CE course are mutually exclusive.  If you are working in both professions, you will need to take both courses (sorry).

If you don’t need bar/restaurant, and you haven’t already paid, register instead for one of our CE courses here.

If your My Courses tab of My Dashboard shows a non-CE course only, and you only need the CE course, don’t Launch Course, but rather email trainer@requiredtrainingsolutions.com to request an immediate refund, then repurchase the correct CE course.  Training courses that have not been started are fully transferable and refundable.

Please see our Terms and Conditions for full information on cancellations and refunds.
