This is the home page for Illinois Required Training Solutions’ Illinois non-Chicago 1CEU Sexual Harassment Prevention-Professional 2023 (4u), our sexual harassment prevention training class for professionals licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) in professions overseen by the Division of Professional Regulation (IDFPR-DPR).
Designed for IDFPR-licensed Division of Professional Regulation (DPR) professionals with a CE requirement, this course is offered through an accredited CE provider and meets and exceeds the sexual harassment prevention training requirement for renewal of a professional license with the IDFPR-DPR Division during the calendar year that this sexual harassment prevention training course is completed. The full requirement for SHPT by professionals is known as Public Act 100-0762, House Bill 4953, or "McAuliffe/Bush".
This course confers 1 hour IDFPR Continuing Education CE for professionals licensed in the DPR division.
At the same time as meeting the professional requirement, this course also meets and exceeds the statutory sexual harassment prevention training requirements of Illinois Senate Bill 75 for non-bar/restaurant/coffee shop workers. SB-75 is the law that requires every employee in Illinois to receive sexual harassment prevention training every year.
This course does not comply with the statutory sexual harassment prevention training requirements of Chicago City Council Ordinance 2022-665. The course content covers some City of Chicago laws, regulations, and resources, but may not contain other required elements and is not offered as part of a course bundle with the Bystander Intervention Training required to comply with the annual SHPT training requirements of the Chicago Municipal Code for supervisory and/or non-supervisory workers. This version of our course is delivered in the "4U / Train Yourself" registration format, allowing the purchaser (same name as on the payment method) to immediately self-train using their user ID and password as created at checkout. It is like the “To Train Another/For Your Staff” course in all respects except the form of registration. If someone else is paying for you to train, see below for our To Train Another/For Your Staff offering for that situation.
This course requires one hour (60 minutes) of time spent with the course content. It does NOT have to be completed all in one sitting. Some people take longer depending on their preferred learning speed. The course has no maximum time limit to complete.

The timing of this class is way off!
This is supposed to be a 1 hour course. I have been on for 2 hours and 21 minutes so far and haven\'t even taken the test yet. I think this should be considered a 3 hour continuing education credit class.. NOT ONE HOUR!~

Very informative and actually “eye-opening” on several topics that I didn’t even register as sexual harassment…. Like not knowing someone’s pronouns.
Much better than expected
This course gives objective information about laws, rights, and reporting practices. It was a refreshing break from typical harassment training, which makes a joke of a serious subject.

Glad to be done.
It has taken over 5 hours to complete this training. I took pages of notes, timed out so many times, and the screen would just freeze. So very frustrating… I really have not enjoyed this and will not do it again. It’s too much information that just doesn’t pertain to me, as I work as sole proprietor.

Good program. I was harassed at one of my jobs and ended up quitting. I did report it, but nothing was ever done about it. Now that I have bee through this course again I think I will call the people I reported it to and see what they have to say and what was done.

Course is too long. Instructions are too complicated. How to use the course should be intuitive and obvious. Who is \"we?\" Is \"we\" the government? Did the government have a hand in preparing this course. An independent third party contractor could have done a better job. We do we have laws in the U.S. The laws are being broken and not enforced left and right. Why is that. This course took me more than 1.5 hours to compete for 1 hour of credit. I get 1 hour of credit for sitting through more than 1.5 hours....doesn\'t see right to me.

Difficult to start and difficult to navigate. Took forever to get started!
To figure out how to start taking the test, which buttons to press was a pain in the butt! I finally got the hang of it near the end of the test. Ridiculous online testing should be as easy as handing a person, a paper test, and a pencil. this was so difficult to navigate even with all the beforehand so cold training on how to navigate. It wasn’t helpful.
