This is the home page for Illinois Required Training Solutions’ Illinois non-Chicago 1CEU Sexual Harassment Prevention-Professional 2024 (4u), our sexual harassment prevention training class for professionals licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) in professions overseen by the Division of Professional Regulation (IDFPR-DPR).
Designed for IDFPR-licensed Division of Professional Regulation (DPR) professionals with a CE requirement, this course is offered through an accredited CE provider and meets and exceeds the sexual harassment prevention training requirement for renewal or reinstatement of a professional license with the IDFPR-DPR Division during the calendar year that this sexual harassment prevention training course is completed. The full requirement for SHPT by professionals is known as Public Act 100-0762, House Bill 4953, or "McAuliffe/Bush".
This course confers 1 hour IDFPR Continuing Education CE for professionals licensed in the DPR division.
At the same time as meeting the professional requirement, this course also meets and exceeds the statutory sexual harassment prevention training requirements of Illinois Senate Bill 75 for non-bar/restaurant/coffee shop workers. SB-75 is the law that requires every employee in Illinois to receive sexual harassment prevention training every year.
This course does not comply with the statutory sexual harassment prevention training requirements of Chicago City Council Ordinance 2022-665. The course content covers some City of Chicago laws, regulations, and resources, but may not contain other required elements and is not offered as part of a course bundle with the Bystander Intervention Training required to comply with the annual SHPT training requirements of the Chicago Municipal Code for supervisory and/or non-supervisory workers. This version of our course is delivered in the "4U / Train Yourself" registration format, allowing the purchaser (same name as on the payment method) to immediately self-train using their user ID and password as created at checkout. It is like the “To Train Another/For Your Staff” course in all respects except the form of registration. If someone else is paying for you to train, see below for our To Train Another/For Your Staff offering for that situation.
This course requires one hour (60 minutes) of time spent with the course content. It does NOT have to be completed all in one sitting. Some people take longer depending on their preferred learning speed. The course has no maximum time limit to complete.

What Can I Expect From This Course or Course Bundle?
You'll do a lot of reading at your own pace, and a lot of clicking or tapping.
We're required to make our courses interactive and individualized, so we present material in small chunks, but as fast as you want to see it. Don't worry, you don't have to complete the course all in one sitting. If you need a break or to take care of something, feel free to step away. While the system will time you out if you don't click or tap on anything for about ten minutes, every click or tap is saving your place and your progress.

We don't serve up a lot of cringeworthy pictures of people doing creepy things to others. We're willing to bet you already know what creepy is, so we spare you the visuals.

The first few lessons teach you how to take the course.
We use the first few lessons to explain how to use the course controls, and there's a sample quiz to teach you how to take a quiz. If you've taken one of our courses previously, this will all be familiar and you can skip through the intro part. You'll be into the meat of the content quickly.
There are quizzes and a final exam.
But don't worry, all our quizzes, including the final exam, are retest-until-pass. We don't count how many times anyone retakes any quiz. And we always explain the quiz answers, including why the right answer is right and the other answer choices are wrong. So it's easy to get 100% on our courses.
Course completion certificates are issued immediately.
The instant a trainee successfully completes one of our training courses, they are taken to the Achievements tab of the My Dashboard control panel, where certificates of completion are linked in PDF format for immediate download simply by clicking on the course name. Print, email, save or file as desired. No waiting for an email that might take days to arrive or get stuck in spam or junk.

I actually wasn\'t aware of the extent of additional layering of requirements, enforcement and really proactiveness that is illustrated within Illinois law. It is refreshing to know that it is taken to a certain level of seriousness, but also concerning that the federal levels are not to the state level.

I\'ve never used your website before, so it took me almost an hour to read through and make sure I understood your process for viewing and answering questions. Once I got going, it was very clear. Reading through all the material has taken me a long time. By this part of the course, I\'m already at 6 hrs, so saying this is a 1 hour CEU is not at all accurate, at least for me. Otherwise, it has been a very good course.

Liked the focus on legal statutes, clarifications of the multiple applicable laws and general removal of cartoon videos and \"ick\" (aside from the SWAWT reference in one of the quizzes, thought I was finally going to get through a training without learning something I didn\'t want to)

The information was delivered well. Technology was easy to follow, with one exception. At the beginning of the material, a message screen was hiding the bottom of the screen that held navigation buttons. It took me awhile to see that I could close that screen.
